Earlier this year we ran a special promotion contest that gave you a shot at turning your avatar into a non-fungible token (NFT). We selected six winners and minted their profiles as NFTs, which they got to keep. You can view all of the winners, as well as our special Celebrity NPC NFTs, on our OpenSea account.
Now, we’re happy to announce that we are continuing the contest, on a monthly basis, and will select one winner on the last day of each month for the rest of this year. Sign up now at mageo.com! After signing up, you’ll start with basic clothes and accessories in your inventory, which amounts to a generic look. But don’t worry, after a few days you will have accumulated plenty of fancy stuff to dress up your avatar and start to express your true self. You’ll need to play some minigames (you can actually win the clothes right off our celebrity’s backs) and do some jobs to earn cash and visit one of our department stores to get the cool stuff.
You can also visit a factory and take the material that you’ve won to manufacture your own fashion items. There are many ways to pick up these items throughout the game, and they’re all fun! And our advanced avatar builder makes it easy to quickly put together any look that you desire, from contemporary to any historical period that you can name.
As Mageo is also a robust, full-feature social network, you can boost your chances of winning the monthly contest by frequently posting interesting content to your wall. Think personal pics, memes, funny GIFs, whatever best expresses your personality or mood that day. Posting also contributes to your overall position on our leaderboards. As does the amount of friends that you have and how much you engage with their content.
